The core Price Conditioner contains the structured maintenance of price conditions and change reasons, as well as the condition transfer back to S/4 HANA. An initial data load of master data and price conditions, as well as reporting capabilities (list reporting, in-app price overview) are included as well.
Price Approval:
​
The approval module allows the expansion of the maintenance process by an additional approval step. A dedicated approver can either reject and thereby re-assign pricings to the maintainer or approve them to transfer them to S/4 HANA.
Excel Template Up-/Download:
​
Download the structure of an existing price agreement with their previous price values if present and maintain new price values and change reasons in Excel. Filtering material rows and copying price values across materials and validity periods works seemlessly.
