Hosting Provider

IONOS SE

Elgendorfer Str. 57

When visiting the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files (e.g., IP address, browser type, access time).

This is based on our legitimate interest in providing a technically error-free and secure website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with IONOS in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Web Analytics with Umami

This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly web analytics solution. The instance is self-hosted.

Umami is characterized by:

  • No cookies
  • No storage of directly personal data
  • Full IP address anonymization
  • No cross-device tracking

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in statistically analyzing user behavior to optimize our web offering (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Only anonymized metrics are collected (e.g., pages visited, referrer, device type).

Appointment booking with Cal.com

On the “Book a call” page we embed the Cal.com booking calendar as an iframe. The calendar is loaded from app.cal.eu. In doing so, Cal.com receives technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access — even if you do not book an appointment.

Provider

Cal.com, Inc.

Data processing takes place in accordance with Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Cal.com privacy policy

Cookies set by the booking calendar

The embedded calendar sets four third-party cookies. They are set only on the “Book a call” page, not across the rest of the site:

  • __cf_bm — Cloudflare bot detection, protects the calendar against automated access (short lifetime).
  • __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token — cross-site request forgery protection within the Cal.com application.
  • __Secure-next-auth.callback-url — stores the destination Cal.com redirects to after a sign-in.

The embed is used to offer you appointment booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where there is a concrete intention to book) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in a functioning scheduling process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cal.com, Inc. is based in the United States, so a transfer to a third country cannot be ruled out. The calendar itself is served via the EU instance app.cal.eu.
